Since 1961, Towne has engaged in property development and management including condo sales, developing award-winning apartments, landominiums, and commercial and recreational properties. We began with the transformation of Mt. Adams’ historic row houses into a revitalized neighborhood and continue a significant presence in Mt. Adams with our corporate headquarters in The Monastery as well as apartments and condominiums. Towne Properties continues to be dedicated to building value through long-term ownership.
